Registration of an Eni’s customer – Natural person

• Select the ‘Natural person’ option
• Insert the personal ID number bound to the SAP code placed in the highlighted field of the invoice
• Insert the customer’s contact data like e-mail address and phone number
• Authorize the processing of personal data
• Click on Continue

• Insert the data of the contact people to be enabled to access to Fastorder.eni.com. The first e-mail address inserted is the main contact person
• Click on Add

Fastorder allows to add also e-mail addresses of minor contact people. For each contact person it is possible to specify the referring business line.

To remove a contact person from the list, click to the ‘X’ red highlighted.

• Authorize the processing of personal data
• Press Send Request.

The system shows the process outcome.
